In recent months we have experienced
numerous problems with our hosting service and e-mail service. The major issues
are slow access and no access. These typically occur when we need the access the
most, or when we need the e-mail ability the most, or especially a combination of
both. For example, we send out an e-mail so that a group of individuals may
review portions of the website(s). The reviewers attempt to access the website
using the link we provide, except now, our website is now not available due to
Featureprice making the servers not available. There was a long period where
the website was not available around 7 P.M. CST, each evening, and
it was down for several hours. It used to be that we could
call and get someone on the phone. Now, the support level has declined to
the point that it is not reasonably possible to get an issue resolved. Our
hands are tied. Our e-mail doesn't work so we can't even send an e-mail.
This is ridiculous.
